Brittney Owens is a graduate of Memphis College of Art. She has participated in numerous shows and has won many awards for her work. Brittney’s work has been displayed in galleries in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Michigan. She received the Juror’s Choice award three years in a row at the Mustard Tree Arts Festival. Brittney is a published author of the children’s book, A Pond in the Woods, and is currently working on a second book Deep in the Woods. Her work has also been published in Ruminate Magazine, including cover art. She is married and currently lives in Fort Smith Arkansas. Brittney paints on commission. Christmas gift painting



I am really excited about how this painting turned out. I started by collaging pictures of my brothers family all over the panel. Then I used painters tape to block out a tree shape. I really like how you can still see all of the photographs, but many are hidden. Hopefully my brother and his wife will like their Christmas gift because I do not accept returns :)
